All prices on TLRM Auction are FOB |

Customers are requested to settle advance payment latest by "Payment Date" mentioned on the Pro Forma Invoice. In case where payment is delayed TLRM Auction reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case any advance payment which is received after the "Payment Date" as per Pro forma invoice can either be refunded to the client or adjusted against a fresh order. |

No car will be reserved until a certain amount from 100,000 JPY to 30% of total invoice amount is received |

|
No vehicle shall be shipped until and unless we receive at least 50% of total invoice value |
|
|
Customers are requested to settle complete balance against their purchase within two weeks of shipment. The payment must be credited in TLRM Auction's account during this period and the copy of T.T has to be emailed or faxed to our head office in Japan for account reconciliation. In the event were payment is not credited in TLRM Auction's account within two week of shipment, TLRM Auction will reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case advance payment made earlier for the same order will not be refundable to client. |

B/L shall only be handed over after receipt of full or remaining balance payment within one week after shipment. |

|
For special car orders, 100,000 JPY or 50% of quoted price has to be sent as security deposit |

Cancellation of bought vehicle(s) will cause a cancellation fee |

TLRM Auction must receive full invoice amount without any bank deductions. All bank deductions must be born by the buyer |

Consignee and notifying party changes are allowed only in certain conditions but charged additionally. |

10,000 JPY will be charged if vehicle is parked at our yard due to cost occurs to take the vehicle out of yard |

|
Vehicle can only be transported by FWT Logistics (charges depend on delivery location) |
|
|
5% sales tax will be added to the final invoice amount |

|
Recycle will be charged as per required cost |
|
|
Delivery time within Japan may vary from 3 days to 2 weeks |

Freight, Insurance (if required), Shipping Agent Fee, BL Fee, DHL Charges, THC, Vanning and Repair will be charged in addition to the FOB price |
